Karla Powell and the MUA scandal.

I'm not the first to blog about this and I'm sure I won't be the last but I am appalled by the way MUA cosmetics have treated Karla powell's decision to further her career to a different company.
She is a talented make up artist and like any normal person wants to develop herself and further her career, the Facebook status from Mr MUA was bad enough without any names being mentioned then they topped the level of unprofessional by writing another status, not only mentioning her name but a sly remark thanking their other employees for their loyalty.

I know there are two sides to every story but that's not for the publics eyes.
I see this as nothing more than a disgruntled company trying to discredit a talented young woman who has made a decision for the benefit of herself.

I know a lot of people are talking of boycotting MUA and I might have to jump on that bandwagon.
Even if I like the products I'm not sure that I'm comfortable giving such an unprofessional and vindictive company my money.
Either way they have a lot of making up to do to restore their faith in the beauty bloggers community.

  1. I completely agree with you. Their customer service is appalling at the best of times, so to go and speak badly of a very talented employee on such a public forum is completely unprofessional and hurtful. Shame on them. x
